Early Literacy Workshops for parents and Caregivers of newborns to Six-Year-Olds

Parents and child-care providers play a critical role in developing language and early literacy skills in children beginning at birth. Library workshops will show you what you can do to give your baby or toddler the important skills he or she needs to become a good reader. Your parenting or caregiver group can book a visit with our workshop facilitator, to be held either at the library or at your meeting place.

Workshops are available for parents and caregivers of:
- Babies: 0-23 months old
- Toddlers: 2-3 years old
- Preschool: 4-6 years old
- All ages: newborn-6 years old

To book a visit, please call Ashley Jiwani at 604 937-4142 or email: ajiwani@library.coquitlam.bc.ca.  Please note this is an adult-oriented program.
