Coquitlam Public Library has 4 meeting rooms. When the rooms are not required by the library, they are available free of charge to local civic, school, cultural and not-for-profit community groups for meetings, programs, and events of an educational, recreational, social or cultural nature.
Commercial and other 'for profit' groups may book the rooms on the following fee basis:

This fee must be paid no later than 1 day prior to the start of the meeting/program. A full refund (less 10% administration fee) will be issued if a cancellation request is recieved no later than 1 day prior to the date(s) booked.

Seats approximately 50 people
Chairs and round or oblong tables available
Has sink, running water and counter area
Parking available in library lot

Poirier Board Room
· Seats 15 - 20 people
· Has sink, running water and counter area
· Parking available in library lot

City Centre Program Room (3001 Burlington Ave.)
· Seats approximately 35 people
· Chairs and 3-4 oblong tables available
· Has limited parking in City Hall building
